Sooji ke Golgappe Recipe

Panipuri or Rava Panipuri is a very popular snack which has many names like - TikiaPuchkaGolgappa etc. This recipe can be made very easily at home. People mostly enjoy Panipuri by going to the marketplace. So today we will tell you the complete recipe of Panipuri, in which you will also tell the recipe of Panipuri ka pani and spicy potato filling.
  
                



Golgappa Ingredients -

  • 250 grams semolina
  • 35 gm refined oil for moyan
  • A pinch of soda
  • Refined oil for frying
  • Hot water in a bowl

Method -

First, filter the semolina and clean it. Pour semolina in a bowl, add a pinch of baking soda and mix it well. Now add 35 grams of oil for the moyan and then mix it well with hands.

Lukewarm the water and knead semolina with it. After half an hour, rub the semolina dough well. Roll each dough long in shape with the help of a rolling pin.

Now put them one by one in the hot refined and blown with the help of a flip and roast them lightly. Your golgappa is ready. Now we will make pani puri ka pani.

               


Ingredients of Pani Puri ka Pani-

  • Little green coriander
  • 6 green chillies
  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • Plain salt to taste
  • Black salt to taste
  • Roasted cumin
  • 50 grams tamarind
  • Asafoetida (Hing)

Method -

Wash and finely grind green coriander, mint and green chillies, add plain salt, black salt, cumin and asafoetida and grind it with coriander. After grinding it will become chutney, then take it out in the pot. 

After soaking the tamarind for 1 hour in a bowl, mash the tamarind well and sieve it, then add the tamarind water to the sauce. Add some more water to this solution and your Pani of Pani Puri is ready.




Ingredients of Pani Puri Spicy Potato Stuffing (Bharwan) -

  • 2 large boiled potatoes
  • 100 grams boiled yellow dried peas
  • Chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Green chutney

Method -

Finely chop the potatoes, then add boiled yellow peas to it. Now add a little chaat masala and salt. Add some green chutney and mix lightly with the hand. 

Your pani puri potatoes are ready.
